세션 1 시민 참여 중심의 공동체 회복력 강화방안

10:30 - 12:00

감염병 대응의 1차 국면이 지나가자 무너진 사회 시스템을 복구하고 도시의 장기 회복력을 키우는 일이 남았다. 첫 세션은 그중에서도 심리 방역, 즉 재난 정신건강 서비스를 다뤘다. 재난의 후유증은 직접 피해를 입지 않은 시민에게도 남는다. 지역사회 차원의 정신건강 관리가 도시 전체의 회복력으로 이어진다는 점을 논의했다.

도로, 지하철, 전력선, 상하수도가 서로 얽혀 도시를 지탱한다. 4차 산업혁명 이후 '항상 켜져 있고 항상 연결된' 환경이 인프라에도 요구된다. 두 번째 세션은 도시가 오래 쌓아 온 혁신의 경험을 바탕으로 더 살기 좋고 건강하고 안전한 도시를 만드는 접근을 소개했다.
