Two years running, while COVID-19 was testing city safety systems, Seoul hosted an international forum on urban resilience. This archive keeps its overview, programme and speaker biographies in one place.

What the forum was about

Both editions shared one theme: safe cities in the new normal, built on resilience, sustainability and adaptability.

The 2020 forum had three sessions: community resilience led by citizens, smart technology and urban infrastructure, and how cities responded in the COVID-19 era. Speakers and biographies are on the speakers page, the timetable is on the programme page.
